Since 2019, the Gauvin Family embarked on a journey to bring their 72-acres farm property back to life. Taking advantage of the scenic Memramcook region, they planted their Haskap Orchard and opened their Distillery overlooking the Petitcodiac River also known as the Chocolate River. Creating an Agro-tourism Experience in the valley!
Come & relax on our outside terrace. We offer over 100 seating area to fully enjoy the views in the valley.
If you are in at the right time & right table, you will be able to see the Tide & Boar coming from the Bay fo Fundy.
Each of our cocktails recipes offers a special twist of our spirits crafted drinks on our menu.
We have created weekly cocktails including various cocktail flights.
We offer incredible views of the Bay of Fundy. Get in touch with our team to discuss your event and private hire for our distillery or our terrace. For team building, staff party, bachelorette Or simply for a family event.
If we can't grow it on the farm or don't have it, we find great local supplier.
